Terms of Service and License Agreement

Below is a list of terms and conditions that you agree to when you register or purchase credits from our website.

Each created site is for one domain. You are not allowed to use a created site on a second domain or resell it to third persons.

TRANSFER RIGHTS
You may not transfer, redistribute, sell, re-sell, lease, rent or otherwise share the created sites in whole or in part without our approval. You are allowed to sell your created site if you are selling it with the domain name.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given for a site (credit) that is already developed and delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with the download, we will fix the problem.
You may request refunds for not used (developed) credits within 30 days of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
PPC Sites is protected by copyright laws. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on the PPC Sites software without consent.

WITHOUT WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIED WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PPC-SITES.COM WILL HOLD NO LIABILITY OVER DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE PRODUCTS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU. YOU MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE. ANY LIABILITY OF PPC-SITES.COM WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
